无线CAN网桥常见10个问题及解决办法
1.无法建立无线连接
1. Unable to establish wireless connection
检查天线是否拧紧、方向是否一致,确保两台设备频段、信道、功率参数相同。远离强电、金属遮挡,缩短两台设备间距离,重新上电复位。
Check whether the antenna is tightened and the direction is consistent, ensuring that the frequency band, channel, and power parameters of the two devices are the same. Stay away from strong electricity and metal obstructions, shorten the distance between the two devices, and power on again to reset.

核对CAN波特率、终端电阻、帧格式是否一致,确保ID无冲突。检查接线,CANH、CANL不要接反,保证设备共地,避免差分信号异常。
Check if the CAN baud rate, terminal resistance, and frame format are consistent to ensure that there are no conflicts in the IDs. Check the wiring, do not connect CANH and CANL in reverse, ensure that the equipment is grounded together, and avoid abnormal differential signals.
3.数据丢包严重

降低传输速率或缩短通信距离,避开WiFi、变频器等干扰源。减少高频小数据报文,启用数据缓冲机制,加装屏蔽线,改善现场供电。
Reduce transmission speed or shorten communication distance, avoid interference sources such as WiFi and frequency converters. Reduce high-frequency small data packets, enable data buffering mechanism, install shielded wires, and improve on-site power supply.
4.通信距离达不到标称值

金属墙体、设备机柜会大幅衰减信号,尽量视距传输。使用高增益天线,保证供电稳定,避免电压不足导致发射功率下降。
Metal walls and equipment cabinets will significantly attenuate signals, so try to transmit within line of sight. Use high gain antennas to ensure stable power supply and avoid a decrease in transmission power caused by insufficient voltage.
5.上电后指示灯不正常
5. The indicator light is abnormal after power on
先检查供电电压是否正常,正负极不要接反。复位恢复出厂设置,若灯仍不亮,多为电源或硬件故障,建议返厂检测。
First, check if the power supply voltage is normal, and do not connect the positive and negative poles in reverse. Reset to factory settings. If the light still does not light up, it is mostly due to power or hardware failure. It is recommended to return to the factory for testing.

9.模块发热严重、不稳定

保证安装位置通风,远离发热源。检查是否过载或短路,降低发射功率,稳定供电电压,长时间高温易导致死机。
Ensure that the installation location is well ventilated and away from heat sources. Check for overload or short circuit, reduce transmission power, stabilize power supply voltage, prolonged high temperature can easily cause system crashes.
10.配置软件搜不到设备
10. The configuration software cannot find the device
关闭电脑防火墙与杀毒软件,使用原装USB线或串口线。确认参数接口选择正确,复位模块后重新配置,避免多软件占用端口。
Turn off the computer firewall and antivirus software, and use the original USB cable or serial port cable. Confirm that the parameter interface selection is correct, reset the module and reconfigure it to avoid multiple software occupying the port.
