CAN转ModbusRTU最常见10个问题及解决办法

1.通讯无数据:检查CAN与ModbusRTU波特率、站号是否匹配设备参数,确认接线无松动、正负极无接反。 
1. Communication without data: Check if the baud rate and station number of CAN and Modbus RTU match the device parameters, and confirm that the wiring is not loose and the positive and negative poles are not reversed. 


2.数据传输乱码:排查线路干扰,远离强电,使用屏蔽线并单端接地,降低波特率重试。 
2. Data transmission garbled code: Check for line interference, stay away from strong electricity, use shielded wires and single ended grounding, reduce baud rate and retry. 


3.从机无响应:核实ModbusRTU从机地址设置正确,CAN端设备映射地址与从机一致,检查从机供电。 
3. No response from the slave: Verify that the Modbus RTU slave address is set correctly, the mapping address of the CAN end device is consistent with the slave, and check the power supply of the slave. 


4.数据丢包:减少总线上设备数量,缩短通讯距离,检查屏蔽线接地是否良好,避免线路接头过多。 
4. Data packet loss: Reduce the number of devices on the bus, shorten communication distance, check if the shielding wire is well grounded, and avoid too many line connectors. 


5.主站无法识别设备:确认CAN转ModbusRTU设备已正常上电,通讯协议选择正确(RTU模式),无奇偶校验错误。

7.设备频繁掉线:检查供电电压是否稳定(DC9-36V),排除线路短路,更换质量不佳的转接头。 
7. Frequent disconnection of equipment: Check if the power supply voltage is stable (DC9-36V), eliminate short circuits in the circuit, and replace poor quality adapters. 


8.部分寄存器数据错误:核对寄存器地址映射表,确认读写属性(读/写/只读)匹配,避免越界访问。 
8. Partial register data error: Check the register address mapping table, confirm that the read/write properties (read/write/read-only) match, and avoid out of bounds access. 


9.CAN端无报文:检查CAN总线终端电阻(120Ω)是否接好,CAN_H/CAN_L接线无误,设备CAN模式开启。 
9. CAN end no message: Check if the CAN bus terminal resistance (120 Ω) is properly connected, if the CAN-H/CAN_L wiring is correct, and if the device is in CAN mode. 


10.软件配置后不生效:配置参数后保存并重启设备,确认配置软件与设备固件版本兼容,重新刷写固件重试。 
10. Software configuration does not take effect: After configuring the parameters, save and restart the device, confirm that the configured software is compatible with the device firmware version, and rewrite the firmware to retry.
