智能仓储常用CANopen IO模块、CANopen伺服、CAN网关三类CAN设备，以分布式控制+总线组网实现设备互联与自动化调度。
Intelligent warehousing commonly uses three types of CAN devices: CANopen IO modules, CANopen servos, and CAN gateways, to achieve device interconnection and automated scheduling through distributed control and bus networking.

一、常用CAN设备
1、 Common CAN devices

（1）CANopen IO模块/耦合器：连接输送机、堆垛机、提升机的传感器/执行器，采集位置、限位信号，控制电机与电磁阀，支持多端子扩展。
(1) CANopen IO module/coupler: connects sensors/actuators of conveyors, stackers, and elevators, collects position and limit signals, controls motors and solenoid valves, supports multi terminal expansion.

（2）CANopen伺服电机/驱动器：驱动堆垛机、穿梭车、AGV的升降/平移/转向机构，实现多轴同步与精准定位。
(2) CANopen servo motor/driver: drives the lifting/translation/steering mechanism of stacker cranes, shuttle cars, and AGVs to achieve multi axis synchronization and precise positioning.

（3）CAN网关（CANopen/DeviceNet转Profinet/以太网）：打通底层CAN总线与上层PLC、WCS/WMS系统，实现数据互通。
(3) CAN gateway (CANopen/DeviceNet to Profinet/Ethernet): connects the underlying CAN bus with the upper PLC and WCS/WMS systems to achieve data exchange.

二、应用方式
2、 Application method

（1）底层组网：堆垛机、穿梭车、AGV、输送机等设备以CANopen组网，伺服与IO模块挂接总线，实现分布式实时控制。
(1) Bottom layer networking: stacker cranes, shuttle cars AGV、 Conveyors and other equipment are networked with CANopen, and servo and IO modules are connected to the bus to achieve distributed real-time control.

（2）协议转换：用CAN转Profinet/以太网网关，将CAN数据上传至PLC与WCS，接收调度指令。
(2) Protocol conversion: Use CAN to Profinet/Ethernet gateway, upload CAN data to PLC and WCS, and receive scheduling instructions.

（3）系统集成：WMS下发任务→WCS通过网关发CAN指令→设备执行→状态反馈→WMS更新库存，形成闭环。
(3) System integration: WMS issues tasks → WCS sends CAN commands through gateway → device execution → status feedback → WMS updates inventory, forming a closed loop.

（4）电子拣选：货位电子标签经CAN总线连控制器，接收WCS指令亮灯/显示，引导拣货。
(4) Electronic picking: The electronic tags of the storage location are connected to the controller via the CAN bus, and receive WCS instructions to light up/display and guide picking.
