暖通自动化中MODBUS转CANOPEN网关的应用

应用前提:暖通终端设备(温控器、风机盘管、传感器等)多采用MODBUS协议(RTU/TCP),而中央控制层(PLC、中央控制器)多为CANOPEN协议,二者无法直接通信,网关作为协议转换桥梁适配需求。
Application premise: HVAC terminal equipment (temperature controllers, fan coil units, sensors, etc.) mostly use MODBUS protocol (RTU/TCP), while the central control layer (PLC, central controller) mostly uses CANOPEN protocol, and the two cannot communicate directly. The gateway serves as a protocol conversion bridge to adapt to the requirements.


实操步骤:
Practical steps:


1.接线部署:网关一端通过RS-485接口连接MODBUS终端集群,另一端通过CAN总线接入CANOPEN主站,靠近终端部署以减少线路损耗、提升抗干扰性。
1. Wiring deployment: One end of the gateway is connected to the MODBUS terminal cluster through the RS-485 interface, and the other end is connected to the CANOPEN main station through the CAN bus. It is deployed near the terminal to reduce line losses and improve anti-interference performance.


2.参数配置:用配套软件匹配两端参数,MODBUS端设置终端从站地址、寄存器地址(对应温湿度、阀门开度等参数);CANOPEN端设置网关从站ID、PDO/SDO参数,与主站波特率、数据位一致。
2. Parameter configuration: Use supporting software to match the parameters at both ends, and set the terminal slave address and register address (corresponding to temperature, humidity, valve opening, and other parameters) on the MODBUS end; Set the gateway slave ID and PDO/SDO parameters on the CANOPEN end to match the master station baud rate and data bits.


3.双向传输:上行采集终端运行数据,转换为CANOPEN协议上传主站,实现集中监控;下行将主站控制指令转换为MODBUS指令,下发终端实现自动调控。
3. Bidirectional transmission: Upstream collection of terminal operation data, converted into CANOPEN protocol and uploaded to the main station for centralized monitoring; Convert the control instructions from the main station to MODBUS instructions and issue them to the terminal for automatic control.
